Lucy Ludwig is committed to resolving your Tax Problem FAST. Ms. Ludwig graduated with a double major in Political Science and Spanish from Point Loma Nazarene University. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law and her Masters in Law (L.L.M.) in Corporate/Business Law from the University of San Diego. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in June of 2005.
Ms. Ludwig is a strong advocate for her clients. As a former Public Defender, she has a history of prevailing in adversarial situations. She has extensive experience in dealing with the IRS and has successfully negotiated thousands of settlements on behalf of her clients including Installment Agreements, Hardship status petitions (Currently Non Collectible Status), Offer in Compromises, Penalty Abatements, Lien Subordinations, Lien Discharges, and Innocent Spouse claims.
